Tools of the Trade

You must be in the kosher supervision profession to attend this seminar. A power point and black board 2½-hour presentation with hands on demonstrations.


Training the rabbinical field representative how to inspect equipment in order to determine whether it is acceptable for kosherization or for use as is depending on the situation. Even “old hats” at kosher supervision will benefit from this seminar, which invariably ends in a lively exchange of ideas between all participants. Even the orator will learn a “thing or three” from the audience!
