I was several times on a flight to Texas during which I was served a kosher for Passover meal (the holiday occurs in the early spring) complete with traditional Matzoh. The only problem was that it was 8-9 months after Passover in the later part of fall- very bad form from a caterer and airline that could have benefited from our kosher consultancy.
